This was for a construction easement on a lot owned by Mike <br /> Alberts. However, before sending payment of funds I learned he was in bankruptcy and this lot <br /> was in foreclosure and therefore our interests would have been foreclosed off. The check was <br /> dated 3/17/99. I have written VOID across it. <br /> The other check is #306737 a able to Cascade Title and is for an ac uisition we have in escrow. <br /> pY q <br /> <br /> i <br /> Due to some issues involved with the 2 estates related to the ownership of the property they have <br /> not yet been able to provide clear title. We still hope to purchase the site and will request a new <br /> check when the Estate can provide clear title.
