I will route to Peggy so you can update your records and I assume they will then go to <br /> Terry. They include check number 303306 in the amount of $7,800 payable to Alberts Investments. This was for a <br /> construction easement on a lot owned by Mike Alberts. However, before sending payment of funds I learned he was in <br /> bankruptcy and this lot was in foreclosure and therefore our interests would have been foreclosed off. The check was <br /> dated 3/17/99. I have written VOID across it. <br /> The other check is #306737 payable to Cascade Title and is for an acquisition we have in escrow. Due to some issues <br /> j involved with the 2 estates related to the ownership of the property they have not yet been able to provide clear title. <br /> We still hope to purchase the site and will request a new check when the Estate can provide clear title. This check was <br /> dated 5/19199 and Mike Barnhart said they were going to cancel this check. I have also written VOID across this one as <br /> well. <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br />
