Both of these requests <br /> should be coming in Peggy today or tomorrow for projected closings of the end of next week. If <br /> we can pull everything together and close prior to July 1 we should save a full year property <br /> taxes, as the property will become exempt prior to the July 1 tax lien date if it is in City ownership. <br /> ~ Thanks.
