The acquisition <br /> document would be by Street Deed. <br /> ~ ~ The temporary construction easement in the amount of $174 is also enclosed for an area <br /> of your property that will be outside of the Street Deed and will be needed only during <br /> the construction period. ' <br /> The total just compensation is therefore $11,162, with all costs to close and record to be <br /> paid by the City. <br /> For your convenience, I am enclosing the Street Deed and Temporary Construction <br /> Easement. Per your request, a copy of this letter, the Street Deed, and the Temporary <br /> Construction Easement is being faxed to Mr. Kloos for his review. <br /> If we are in agreement, please sign, Page 2 of this letter, and return it along .with the <br /> signed and notarized Street Deed and the Temporary Construction Easement, and return <br /> . these documents.to me at your earliest convenience.
