The chip seal is tentatively scheduled for <br /> construction between July 15 and July 17, 2009, weather permitting. <br /> 00180.40. Limitations of Operations <br /> (ADD) On Riverview Street and Floral Hill Drive, full depth reclamation shall be <br /> completed between June 22 and July 10, 2009. <br /> On Cross Street, HMAC paving shall be completed on the same day as full depth <br /> reclamation or alternatively full depth reclamation shall be done on a Friday or <br /> Saturday with HMAC paving completed the following calendar day. <br /> 00180:41 Project Work Schedules <br /> (ADD) A Type A schedule as detailed in the specifications is required on this Contract. <br /> 00180.50 Contract Time to Complete Work <br /> (h) Contract Time <br /> (ADD) Work shall be completed by July 24, 2009. <br /> `No weekend or holiday Work shall be allowed unless otherwise specified in these <br /> `Special Provisions. <br /> 00180.85 Failure to Complete on Time: Liquidated Damages <br /> (b) Liquidated Damages <br /> (ADD) Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per Calendar Day will be <br /> assessed for each Calendar Day beyond.:the completion date that the work is not <br /> complete.
