STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The 2008 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction Volumes I and II (Oregon Specifications) as <br /> issued in 2008, and the City of Eugene Standard Drawings, in effect as of January 27, 2009, both as revised <br /> by Amendment #1 have been adopted as the Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings for the City of <br /> Eugene in accordance with City Code section 7.085. Amendment #1 is hereby made a part of the Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Drawings of the City of Eugene as fully and completely as if it were set forth <br /> therein. The Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings and all Addenda may be examined at the <br /> Engineering office located at 99 E. Broadway, Suite 400, Eugene OR 97401. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The section, subsection and drawing numbers of the Supplemental Specifications correlate to the section <br /> and subsection numbers of the 2008 Oregon Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings. <br /> 00165.10(a) Materials Acceptance Guides -Field Tested Materials <br /> (DELETE) At the end of the first sentence, "at the discretion and fre uenc determined b the <br /> q Y <br /> Y <br /> Engineer" " <br /> (ADD) "pursuant to the Eugene Field tested Materials Assurance Guide (Eugene FTMAG). <br /> Additional testing may be conducted as determined by the Engineer." <br /> 00165.10 Materials Acceptance Guides -Changes to the MFTP <br /> Section 2: Quality Assurance Program <br /> (DELETE) At the beginning of the second sentence of the first paragraph, delete the words "At the. <br /> Engineer's .discretion,". <br /> (DELETE) At the end of the last sentence of the first paragraph, delete the words "at the discretion <br /> of the Engineer and at times and locations determined by the Engineer." <br /> (ADD) At the end of the last sentence of the first paragraph, insert "purs.uant to the Eugene <br /> FTMAG. Additional testing may be conducted as determined by the Engineer." <br /> (DELETE) Section 4(D): Field Tested Materials Guide. The entire paragraph in the Amendment. <br /> (ADD) Section 5: Field Tested Materials Guide (Type D & E Projects) <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Section 5 Quality Control for Type D <br /> Projects. <br /> Section 5: Field Tested Materials Guide (Type D & E Projects) <br /> (DELETE) Delete the matrix columns that reference "Quality Assurance by the Project Manager". <br /> (ADD) Verification and assurance testing is pursuant to the Eugene FTMAG. <br /> 00165.30(c) Field Tested Materials -Acceptance of Field Tested Materials <br /> (DELETE) In the second sentence, delete the words "at the frequency and discretion of the <br /> Engineer» <br /> (ADD) .
