(Here insert full name and. address or legal title Contractor) <br /> PO Box 2432, Eugene, Oregon 97402 <br /> <br /> as Principal, hereinafter called the Principal, and <br /> Developers Surety and Indemnity Company (Here insert full name and address, or legal title of Surety) <br /> Five Centerpointe Dr., Suite 530, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 <br /> a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Iowa <br /> as Surety, hereinafter called the Surety, are held and firmly bound unto <br /> City of Eugene (Here insert full name and address or legal title of Owner) <br /> 99 E.
