On project appraisal work a significant amount of the research <br /> applies to several parcels so it is more difficult to separate out. The negotiations tend to be more specific to each ~ <br /> parcel. We expect to soon receive the final maps to finish the appraisal report and prepare acquisition packages. Prior <br /> to making offers we will let you know what our appraisals are indicating, perhaps review the basis to the value findings, <br /> and obtain your approvals. Thanks.
