STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The 2008 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction Volumes I and II (Oregon Specifications) as <br /> issued in 2008, and,the City of Eugene Standard Drawings, in effect as of January 27, 2009, both as <br /> revised by Amendment #1 have been adopted as the Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings <br /> for the City of Eugene in accordance with City Code section 7.085. Amendment #1 is hereby made a <br /> part of the Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings of the City of Eugene as fully and <br /> completely as if it was set forth therein.
