Strategy 2: Actively pursue participation in the city's efforts to implement the <br />River Road Nodal Center Development concept. <br />2.1 Recommend to the City Transportation Department that a landscaped median be developed <br />in the center lane of River Road along the park edge, and opportunities be explored to make <br />the area more pedestrian friendly and aesthetically attractive.
