NOTICE OF INTENDED REPEAL OF <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-01-11-F, <br />THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE (SDC) METHODOLOGY ADOPTED <br />THEREIN. <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene intends <br />to repeal Administrative Order No. 58-01-11-F, the Systems Development Charge (SDC) <br />Methodology adopted therein on June 29, 2001, due to recent changes in the state SDC statutes <br />which have been incorporated into Chapter 7 of the Eugene Code,1971, and provide that the process <br />for adopting and amending the SDC Methodologies should be by Council Resolution or Ordinance, <br />while adjustments to SDC rate factors and cost indices may be accomplished administratively. <br />The repeal of Administrative Order 58-01-11-F and the SDC Methodology adopted therein, <br />should become effective upon the effective date of the Council Resolution adopting the SDC <br />Methodologies. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the repeal shall submit written comments to the City <br />Engineer, Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from <br />the date of publication and posting as indicated below. After the expiration of the comment period, <br />the City Manager pro tem will consider the comments received, and by administrative order repeal <br />Administrative Order No. 58-01-11-F, the SDC Methodology adopted therein, upon the effective <br />date of the Council Resolution adopting the SDC Methodologies. <br />Dated this 17'~ day of Q,~pJ~c,P , 2002. <br />James R.
