~ ~s <br />of th ~ ~ s' other applicable policies and directives of the City Council; is consistent with <br />applicable federal and state regulations and the recommendations of MWMC; is comparable to the <br />amounts charged by the City of Springfield and other such service providers; preserves the equity <br />between different classes of ratepayers; and is based on the proposed budgets of the City and <br />MWMC. I find that the increase should be implemented and effective for all septage hauler charges <br />incurred after July 1, 2002, and that Administrative Order No. 58-01-10-F and the fees adopted <br />thereunder should be repealed and the unamended fees ratified as of the effective date of this order. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order as set forth below, the MWMC <br />Wastewater User Fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as the fees to be charged <br />for the services set forth, the unamended rates are hereby ratified and affirmed as the rates to be <br />charged for the services set forth, and the septage hauler fees should be implemented and effective <br />for all septage hauler charges incurred after July 1, 2002. <br />2. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
