On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Table 9 set forth in Exhibit A hereto are the Regional (MWMC) Wastewater SDC <br />Credit Rates to be implemented effective 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2002. <br />2. The SDC Methodologies adopted by Resolution 4717 is amended by replacing the <br />existing Table 9 with the Table 9 set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and the remainder of the <br />SDC Methodologies remain in full force and effect. <br />3.
