Event staff and Eugene Police and/or Fire Department personnel. <br />2. The Eugene Active 20/30 Club shall be responsible for conducting the Special <br />Fireworks Event in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and orders. <br />3. The waivers granted under this Order are limited to the specified activities, date and <br />times, location and rules described herein.
