NOTICE OF INTENDED CORRECTION TO SIGNATORY AND <br />NON-SIGNATORY RATE IN AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br />ofthe Eugene Code (1971) the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, ~s the designee of the City <br />Manager, intends to correct the Customer Use Space Signatory and Non-Signatory fees set forth in <br />Section 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-03-10-F, effective <br />July 26, 2003, due to a typographical error in the Signatory rate (which was incorrectly reflected at <br />$339,532.00, instead of the $399,532.00 established in the Signatory contracts). This error resulted <br />in the NonSignatory rate being incorrectly referenced at $3 73,485.00, instead of $439,485.OQ (110% <br />of the Signatory rate). The Airport Fee Schedule should therefore be corrected, effective July 26, <br />2003, to provide as follows: <br />AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />5.
