ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-03-18 <br />AN ORDER RESCINDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. <br />58-03-08. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Pursuant to the authority of Section C of Ordinance No. 19984 and Section 6.411 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971 ("EC"), on May 28, 2003 I issued Administrative Order No. 58-03-08 <br />proposing increases in the stormwater customer charges established by Ordinance No.19984 adopted <br />September 28, 1994. <br />B. Notice was given as required by EC 6.411, and a public hearing was held on June 13, <br />2003. In addition, the proposed increases were referred to the City Council, which held work <br />sessions thereon on July 16, 2003 and August 11, 2003. After reviewing the written comments <br />received and the minutes of the June 13, 2003 public hearing, the City Council directed that the <br />proposed adjustments to the stormwater charges be disallowed. <br />Now, therefore, based upon the above findings, <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene Orders and Directs that: <br />Administrative Order No. 58-03-08 issued on May 28, 2003 is hereby rescinded, and the <br />Monthly Stormwater Customer Charge set forth in Attachment A to Ordinance No. 19984 adopted <br />by the Council on September 28, 1994 continues to reflect the currently effective stormwater <br />customer charges. <br />Dated this ~ day of August, 2003. - <br />~------~ <br />w <br />Dennis M.
