Administrative Order No. 21-02-07 is repealed, and to the extent any other order is <br />in conflict with this Order, the order, or its conflicting provision(s) are repealed, as of the date <br />indicated below. Nothing contained herein shall affect the validity of any actions taken pursuant to <br />such orders, which are hereby ratified and affirmed.
