ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-03-22-F - <br />of the <br />AII2PORT MANAGER.. <br />CORRECTING THE CUSTOMER USE SPACE SIGNATORY AND NON- <br />SIGNATORY FEES SET FORTH IN SECTION 5 OF THE AIRPORT FEE <br />SCHEDULE ADOPTED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-03-10-F. <br />The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br />to 2.442 of the Eugene Cgde, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br />City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br />.:^' B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, I issued Administrative Order No. 58-03-10-F, <br />adapting the Airport Fee Schedule effective July 26, 2003. Upon discovery of a typographical error <br />in the Signatory rate set forth therein, which resulted in the Non-Signatory Rate also being incorrectly <br />set forth therein, I caused a Notice to be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors and posted at <br />two locations at the airport and published in the Register Guard on October 6, 2003 advising that <br />I intended to correct Section 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule to accurately reflect the fee as established <br />pursuant to the Signatory contracts. <br />C. The Notice provided that written comments would be received for 15 days from the <br />date of posting and publication. No comments were received within the time or in the manner <br />described in the Notice. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The Customer Use Space Signatory and Non Signatory fees set forth in Section 5 on <br />page 2 of Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-03-10-F are corrected. to reflect rates of <br />$399,532.00 and $439,485.00 respectively, effective July 26, 2003, as reflected on the attached <br />corrected Page Two. <br />2. The City Recorder is directed to replace Page Two of Exhibit A to Administrative <br />Order No. 58-03-10-F with the attached Page Two, and to append a copy of this Order thereto. <br />Except as herein corrected, all other provisions of Administrative Order No. 58-03-10-F and Exhibit <br />A thereto remain in full force and effect. <br />3. A copy of this Order shall be forwarded to the Mayor and City Cbuncilors.
