ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-04-09-F <br />of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br />ADOPTION OF INDEXING OF EQUIVALENT ASSESSMENT RATES <br />ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-7.407. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, l 971, authorizes the City Manager to adopt rules <br />and regulations necessary for the administration or enforcement of provisions of the Eugene Code, <br />1971. <br />S. Pursuant to that authority and based on the findings contained in Administrative <br />Order No. 58-04-09 issued on March 15, 2004, I proposed the adoption of Indexing of Equivalent <br />Assessment Rates Administrative Rule R-7.407. <br />C. Notice of the proposed Rule was given by making copies available to any person who <br />had .requested such notice- and by publication in the Register Guard, a newspaper of .general <br />circulation within the City, for five consecutive days, on March 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23,`2004. The <br />~' Notice provided that written comments would be received for a period of 15 days from the date of <br />the first publication. No written comments were received within the time or in the manner set forth <br />in the Notice. <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings and the findings in Administrative Order No. <br />58-04-09, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, I hereby adopt Indexing of Equivalent Assessment Rates Administrative Rule <br />R-7.407, to become effective as of 12:01 a.m. on April 12, 2004, as follows: <br />INDEXING OF EQUIVALENT ASSESSMENT RATES <br />ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-7.407 <br />R-7.407-A Definitions. <br />As used in this Rule, the following words and phrases are defined as follows: <br />Sase Year. The year when construction of the improvement was commenced. <br />CCI. Construction cost index. <br />Administrative Order - 1 <br />
