NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGES <br />o: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City <br />Manager intends to amend the Wastewater User Fee Schedule established by Administrative Order No. 58-03-09-F on July 17, <br />2003, which became effective August 1, 2003. <br />The City Manager has investigated the City's current revenue needs and cost of operation of the City's wastewater <br />service system and reviewed the recommendation of the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC), and <br />has proposed to increase the user fees for wastewater service and for regional wastewater treatment service as set forth <br />below.
