NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN <br />STORMWATER SERVICE CHARGES <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested <br />persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Section 2 of Ordinance No.19984 adopted by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on September 28, 1994 established monthly <br />stormwater customer charges effective November 1,1994. Section C of Ordinance 19984 <br />provides that future adjustments to the monthly stormwater customer charges be effected <br />by the City Manager pursuant to Section 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />The City Manager has investigated the City's current revenue needs and cost of <br />operation of the City's stormwater service system and has proposed to increase the user <br />fees for stormwater service as hereinafter set forth.
