..~ 2. Parking shall be prohibited on both sides of Almaden Street within fifty feet of the <br />closure to provide for a vehicle turn-around area. <br />3. Pedestrian and bicycle access shall be provided through the barricade. <br />4. Right turns from 3`d Avenue to Taylor Street shall be prohibited for trucks and all <br />trucks eastbound on 3`d Avenue shall be directed to 2"d Avenue. <br />5.
