~~: <br />Employees Temporarily Assigned to the Professional Services Fund: <br />Other employees maybe charged at an hourly rate (based on monthly salary) plus fringe benefits. <br />The fees as proposed above are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the <br />City Council, comparable to the fees .established in other jurisdictions and private businesses for <br />providing such services, are based on the hourly rates of the indicated engineering employees, <br />and are necessary in order to recover the costs of administering the program from the <br />beneficiaries thereof as directed by the City Council and Section 7.130 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the amendment shall submit written comments to the City <br />Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 1 S days from the date of posting as <br />indicated below.
