which is proposed to be added in section 2.1(2)(d) is incorrect and should be <br />deleted. <br />Finding: Section 2.1(2)(d) is not specific to only the transportation system <br />and therefore has not been revised. <br />In addition to the revisions noted in the above comments and findings, staff identified some <br />corrections to typographical errors which have also been incorporated in Exhibit A hereto. <br />F. Based on the findings and staff recommendations set forth above, I find that <br />the revisions to the Systems Development Charge Methodology and fees as set forth in <br />Exhibit A hereto are consistent with adopted policies and ordinances of the City, are in <br />conformity with applicable state law, and should be implemented effective September 15, <br />1999. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The revisions to the City's Systems Development Charge Methodology, <br />attached as Exhibit A hereto_ and incorporated herein, are hereby adopted, effective <br />September 15, 1999. <br />2.
