fire ext inguisher equipment under any circumstances shall be reported to <br />the. Airport Manager and Fire Chief immediately after use. <br />4.15.8 Storage of Flammable Liquids. No person shall store flam- <br />mable or combustible liquids in any hangar or work area unless it is <br />stored in a properly labeled and approved flammable liquid storage cabi- <br />net. No dispensing of flammable liquids shall occur except in an approv- <br />ed container under five gallons. Storage cabinets may contain a maximum <br />of 50 gallons capacity of flammable liquids. Storage cabinets shall con- <br />form with the following requirements or their equ ivalent in fire resist- <br />ance: Bottom, top, and sides of the cabinet shall be made of steel hav- <br />ing a thickness of 0.043 inch. The cabinet, including the door, shall <br />be doubled wall with an 1-1/2 inch air space between the walls. Joints <br />shall be riveted or welded and be tight fitting. Doors shall be well <br />fitted, self closing and equipped with a latching device. The bottom <br />of the cabinet shall be liquid tight to a height of at least two inches. <br />Cabinets shall be conspicuously labeled in red letters "Flammable - Keep <br />Fire Away" "No Smoking Within 50 Feet". <br />4.15.9 Welding or Burnin Welding or burning shall occur only <br />in a booth, room, or area designed for such use. <br />4.16 Smoking. No person shall smoke or carry lighted cigarettes, <br />cigars, or pipes or any flame in or about any fuel storage area, stationary <br />refueling vehicle, public landing area, public aircraft parking and storage <br />area, or any other area where smoking is prohibited by sign. <br />4.17 Vending Machines and Newsracks. Vending machines and newsracks <br />may be located only in areas designated by the Airport Manager. In determin- <br />ing. where to designate vending machine or newsrack areas the Airport Manager <br />shall consider whether vending machine or newsrack placement would interfere <br />with pedestrian movement, compete with another permitted activity, foster <br />political speech, and any other factor the Airport Manager deems relevant. <br />The Airport Manager may grant an exclusive concession to operate newsracks. <br />The operation of any vending machine or newsrack which requires money to oper- <br />ate it is a commercial activity and requires a permit under -these rules. The <br />Airport Manager may order removal of noncommercial vending machines or news- <br />racks if the operation of these machines creates excessive litter. <br />5. RULES OF LIMITED APPLICABILITY. <br />5.1 Repair of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft. No person shall repair <br />motor vehicles or aircraft at the Airport in areas not approved by the Air- <br />port Manager, except for minor repairs necessary to remove the motor vehicle <br />or aircraft from the Airport. <br />5.2 Use of Airfield Area. <br />5.2.1 Motor Vehicles/Pedestrians. <br />5.2.1.1.
