-9D ~~ <br />d7 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />OF THE <br />CITY MANAGER <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />Under section 16(2) of the Eugene Charter, the City Manager is given authori- <br />ty to enforce all ordinances.
