The establishment of the proposed monthly sewer user rates is in the <br />public. interest and in conformity with adopted City policies and ordi- <br />nances and with Oregon statutes. <br />2. The proposed fees meet the guidelines established in Section 2.020 of <br />the Eugene Code and should be implemented. <br />3. It is essential that the rates be implemented without delay to meet the <br />requirements of the FY92 budget. <br />Now, Therefore, based on the above findings, and pursuant to the authority <br />contained in Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971, it is hereby ordered <br />.that .the sewer user fees proposed above are established.
