E <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />1Yaffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Establishing SUNA Residential Permit Parking Zones <br />The Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. On the 15th day of August, 1991, the City Manager adopted Emergency Rule <br />R-5.040 Establishing Residential Permit Parking Zone Regulations, and provided therein <br />that the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected by <br />administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br />B. Prior thereto, preferential residential permit parking zones were established <br />within the South University Neighborhood Association (SUNA) boundaries as more <br />particularly reflected on Exhibit A attached hereto and. incorporated herein by reference. <br />C. The prior designations have been reviewed, and are found to be in <br />conformity with the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Emergency Rule R-5.040. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Emergency Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br />1. The areas located within the boundaries of the South University <br />Neighborhood Association as set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as <br />residential permit parking zones. <br />2. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zones designated <br />herein may apply for a permit entitling the holder thereof to preferential long-term parking <br />within the designated zones. <br />5.040. <br />3.
