Perform and carry out the duties and responsibilities of the City Manager set <br />forth in Sections 5.677 to 5.687 of the Eugene Code, 1971, including the authority to: <br />1.1 Declare a snow emergency; <br />,' 1.2 Put temporary parking prohibitions on priority routes into effect; <br />13 Terminate temporary parking prohibitions when conditions <br />warrant; <br />1.4 Review and change the priority of roadways or add roadways tro the <br />snow emergency route map; and <br />1.5 Temporarily close any street to vehicular or pedestrian traffic during <br />a snow. emergency. <br />2.
