.~8-R2-11 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER of the City Manager of the City of Eugene, Oregon The City of Eugene will maintain the current monthly user fees for local sanitary and storm sewer services and increase the fee for regional sewer services on behalf of the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC). The monthly fees for City sewer services are set to recover projected FY93 costs for the annual operation and capital construction for the City's sanitary sewer collection and storm water management programs. The City's portion of the sewer user rates was last increased in July 1991. The rates to be charged for MWMC's services reflect the current cost of operation of the regional wastewater treatment facility. The increase in the monthly MWMC rates for sewage service is due primarily to an increase in equipment replacement reserves and in treatment plant operating costs. The MWMC portion of the sewer user rates was last increased in July 1991. Notice of the proposed fee schedule was published in the Eugene Register- Guard on May 3 and May 6, 1992, and posted at the City's Permit and Information Center on May 1, 1992. The City Council received notification of the proposed fee increase and a supplemental information packet on May 1, 1991. Citizens were able to submit comments through June 1, 1992. The monthly rates for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1992, and the current monthly rates charged for sewer service are: I.
