~, The fees as proposed above are consistent with applicable policies and directives of <br />~~ the City Council, comparable to the fees established in other jurisdictions for providing such <br />services, are based on the .hourly rates of the indicated engineering employees, and are <br />necessary in order to recover the costs of administering the program from the beneficiaries <br />thereof as directed by the City Council and Section 7.130 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the amendment shall submit written comments to <br />the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the date of <br />posting as indicated below.
