The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission has <br />directed the City of Eugene to increase the base fee in order to reflect the increase in the facility's <br />equity paid by existing users. The fees are comparable to the amounts existing system users have <br />paid for reserve capacity since 1978, and are in compliance with the criteria and guidelines of <br />Section 7.7 f.0 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the amendment shall submit written comments to the City <br />Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within iS days from the date of -publication <br />and posting as indicated below.
