As used in this subsection, "person" includes,. but is not limited to, a business, <br />corporation, association or organization. <br />(c) Notices restricting future use under subsections (3){a) and (3)(b) of this <br />section shall be issued by the Executive Director, shall state whether the prohibition <br />on future use is permanent or temporary, and shall set forth the .reason(s) therefore. <br />If the prohibition on future use is temporary, the notice shall state the specific time <br />period to which it applies. <br />(d) Any notice that restricts a person's future use pursuant to subsections <br />(3)(a) and (3)(b) of this section shall contain a statement advising of the right to <br />request a hearing in the manner set forth in section 1.074 of these rules. <br />1.007 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF MALT BEVERAGES AND <br />ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR. <br />Consumption of hard liquor, or possession of any receptacle containing any <br />hard liquor is prohibited in all park areas. Possession of any receptacle containing alcoholic <br />liquor or a malt beverage which has been opened or had the seal broken or the contents of <br />which have been partially removed, or consumption of malt beverages and :alcoholic liquor <br />is permitted in all park .areas except within: <br />(a) :Children's playground areas; <br />(b) .Athletic fields; <br />(c) Wading pools; <br />(d) Tennis courts; <br />(e) Parking lots; <br />(fj Skateboard facilities; <br />(g) Rest rooms. end <br />(h) - The following specific facilities and-pool areas: <br />1. Prohibited within the building or within 2'00 feet of the <br />building/pool of the following recreation centers and pools, except at the <br />discretion of the facility supervisor: <br />a. Amazon Community Center, Amazon Pool, Celeste <br />Campbell Senior Center, Echo Hollow Pool, Hilyard Community <br />Center, Petersen.
