park facilities and recreation programs. <br />Therefore, references to "Executive Director," "City;' and "authorized City personnel" in <br />-these rules shall be deemed to include the Executive Director of LRCS and personnel of <br />that department when the use, conduct or authority involves park facilities or recreation <br />programs or activities. <br />1.003 HOURS PARKS ARE CLOSED. <br />Except for the Washington/Jefferson basketball facility, no person other than <br />law enforcement officers, authorized personnel, or persons lawfully driving through the park <br />may enter or remain in any park area between the daily closing time of 11:00 p.m. and the <br />daily opening time of 6:00 a.m. _ <br />1.005 ENFORCEMENT. <br />These rules may be enforced by authorized City personnel or by police officers. <br />(1) Enforcement by Authorized City Personnel. <br />(a) If a violation of these rules takes place in the presence of authorized <br />City personnel or other person in lawful charge of the premises they may: <br />1. Request that the person cease the conduct that is violating the <br />rules; or <br />2. Request that the person leave the park area, recreational <br />facility, or activity; or <br />3. Issue a Notice of Violation of Park Rules to the person; or <br />4. Place the person under arrest for trespass, subject to the <br />provisions of subparagraph (b) of this subsection. <br />_~ <br />(b) If the violator: <br />1. Fails to comply with a request by authorized City personnel[;] <br />or other person in lawful charge of the premises to leave the park area, <br />recreational facility, or activity, or <br />2.
