' 1. <br />Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Public notice of the adoption of this proposed Parking Space Rental Permit <br />Administrative Rule R-5.350 shall be .given by making copies thereof available at the office <br />of the City Manager, 777 Pearl :Street, Eugene, Oregon, during normal business hours (8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday 'through Friday, exclusive of holidays), to any person who has <br />requested such notice, and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of <br />.general circulation within the City for at least five days, providing interested persons an <br />opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit written objections or comments thereon.
