A bike lane shall be marked along the north side of 1 1 th Avenue between Lincoln Street <br />and Jefferson Street; <br />~ 2.-A third westbound auto travel lane steal! be marked along the south side of 11th Avenue <br />between Charnelton Street and Jef#erson Street; <br />i <br />~ 3. On-street parking shall be removed along both sides of 1 1 th Avenue between <br />Charnelton Street and Jefferson Street {except,as provided for below); and <br />4. The mitigation measures outlined in the final report of the Council Subcommittee on <br />1994 Bikeways Projects be implemented concurrently with the installation of the. bike lane; <br />~ including: parking changes outlined in Finding #6, and the construction of. a new parking. bay <br />along the north side of 1 1 th Avenue. between Lincoln Street and .Lawrence.
