A bike lane shall be marked along the south side of 13th Avenue between Chambers <br />~ Street. and Lincoln Street; <br />2. On-street parking shah be removed along the south side of. 13th Avenue betvveen <br />Chambers Street and Lincoln Street except as provided for below); and <br />~i <br />3.
