A bike lane shall be marked along the west side of Jefferson Street from 5th Avenue to <br />! 7 3th Avenue; <br />i <br />2. On-street parking shall be removed on Jefferson Street on the west side between <br />.Broadway and 1 1 th Avenue; and between 12th Avenue and 7 3th Avenue, and on the east side <br />'I from south of 10th Avenue to 12th Avenue; and <br />3.
