MWMC has requested a revision in the MWMC Facilities Equalization Fee and <br />Credits beginning July 1, 1995, and I find the proposed fees are established iri an amount <br />designed to equal the amount existing system. users have paid for reserve capacity since 1978, <br />are in conformity with adopted City policies and guidelines, including Sections 2.020 and 7.710 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971, and I therefore intend to repeal the currently effective fees and credits <br />set. forth in Administrative Order No. 58-94-10-F and establish MWMC Facilities Equalization <br />Fees and Credits commencing with the 1995-96 fiscal year as set forth in Exhibit A hereto and <br />incorporated herein by,reference. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />l.. The fees and credits set forth in .Exhibit A .hereto are hereby established as the <br />MWMC Facilities Equalization Fees and Credits. <br />2. Administrative Order No.°58-94-10-F and-.the fees. and credits established therein <br />are hereby repealed, as of midnight, July 31, 1995. <br />3.
