- ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58 -95-12 <br />of the <br />AIRPORT MANAGER <br />CONCERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED INCREASE IN AIRPORT <br />TIE-DOWN FEES <br />The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The City Manager has <br />further delegated that authority to the Airport. Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2.. <br />B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, and after investigating the fees charged at other airports, <br />the City's policies on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined that <br />the currenttie-down fees at the Eugene Airport, which were established August 1, 1980, should be increased as <br />set forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as E~:hibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />On the basis of these fmdings, I order that: <br />1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who have requested <br />notice, persons currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, published in the Register <br />Guard a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made available for interested persons at the <br />offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours <br />(8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth in the <br />Notice.
