If adopted, the proposed methodology modifications, the <br />MWMC Equalization Fees and Credits, and the adjusted City SDC Fees will go into effect <br />for all permits applied for on or after Juty 1, 1996. This 45 day notice of the proposed <br />change in fees is being provided to interested parties, and meets the public notice <br />requirement of ORS 223.304 (5). <br />Notice of these proposed changes for the City of Eugene SDC Methodology, the MWMC <br />,- Equalization Fees and Credits, and the adjusted City of Eugene SDC Fees will be provided <br />to the Mayor and City Council, and published in the Register Guard on May 9th. Copies of <br />the City of Eugene proposed SDC Methodology changes and fee schedule, will be available <br />for public review at the following locations: <br />Public Works Department <br />858 Pearl St., Lobby <br />The Eugene Public Library <br />100 West 13th Ave <br />The Permit and Information Center <br />Atrium Building <br />99 West 10th Ave <br />City Managers office <br />777 Pearl St., room 105 <br />The public comment period opens, May 9th and will close June 23rd. Persons desiring to <br />comment on the revised fees for either the proposed MWMC Credits or Fees, the City SDC <br />Fees, or the City SDC Methodology, will need to submit written comments to the Public <br />Works, Engineering office, 858 Pearl Street, on or before the close of the public comment <br />period. At the conclusion of the public comment period, all submitted comments will be <br />considered by the City Manager or designee prior to completion of an administrative order, <br />implementing the new fees. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the notification of intended amendments and a fact sheet to help <br />explain these proposed changes to the SDC charges.
