Parks SDC rate as proposed in January 1997, <br />reduction of the stormwater and transportation SDC rates from the January 1997 proposal, and retention of <br />the current local wastewater SDC rates without the proposed January 1997 increase initially proposed, as <br />.more particularly set forth below in the SDC Rate Table; (b) Secfion 2.3 in the SDC Methodology be <br />amended to eliminate the Automatic Annual Adjustment process, so that future updates will be accomplished <br />through the City's. administrative rule making process as described in section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971; (c) that detention basins no longer tie eligible for stormwater SDC credits, and retention basins, dry <br />wells and other approved`on site sysfems that completely contain the stormwater on-site continue to be credit <br />eligible; (d) that other formatting and text changes be amended as needed to clarify, improve, and simplify the <br />Methodology; and (e) inclusion of the MWMC Facilities Equalization Credits Table, to be attached to this <br />administrative order as Exhibit C: <br />1 find the SDC Methodology and Fees`as proposed are consistent with adopted policies and provisions of the <br />Eugene Code, 1.971, and concur with staff's recommendations.
