NOTICE OF INTENDED. RULEMAKING <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION D.3.(fj OF <br />STORMWATER SYSTEM ADMINISTRATIVE RULE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 <br />`and Chapter 6 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene, .intends to <br />amend Section D.3.(f) of Stormwater System Administrative Rule to: <br />Correct that subsection to comply with Section 2.021 of 'the Eugene Code, <br />1971 and Section G of the Stormwater System Administrative Rule by .providing <br />responsible persons 15 days within which o appeal a Notice of Civil Penalty. <br />Adoption of the proposed amendment of the Stormwater System Administrative Rule is <br />...necessary in order to correct an inconsistency in the' appeal provisions. The Rule may be <br />reviewed at the office Hof the Public Works Department, Administration Division, ..858 Pearl Street, <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br />Friday, exclusive of holidays).. <br />All persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their comments or <br />objections to the City's Public Works Department, Administration Division, $58 Pearl Street,- <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the first publication <br />hereof, as indicated below.
