For all new duplex development, the <br />regional wastewater SDC is equal to two times the EDU. <br />2.1.1.2 Regional Wastewater SDCs For All Other New Development <br />with Annual Average Daily Flow less than 100,000 Gallons <br />For all other new development with proposed annual average daily flow less <br />than 100,000 gallons of water discharged, the regional wastewater SDC is <br />collected based on the rate per plumbing fixture unit multiplied by the number <br />of plumbing fixture units in the proposed development, <br />2.1.1.3 Regional Wastewater SDCs For All Other New Development <br />with Annual Average Daily Flow Equal to or Greater than <br />100,000 Gallons <br />For all other new development with proposed annual average daily flow equal <br />to or greater than 100,000 gallons of water discharged, the regional <br />wastewater SDC collected is equal to the annual average daily amount of <br />water discharged, divided by the EDU standard 200 gallons per day, multiplied <br />by the rate for one EDU.
