hereby adopted. Hereafter the City Manager or the Manager's designee may <br />modify the methodologies as provided in Section 7.710 of Section 2 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 7. The City Manager shall review the methodologies established <br />under this Ordinance after it has been implemented for 12 months and report <br />the result of that review to the .City's Building Construction Advisory Com-. <br />mittee or such other public body of the City concerned with. the impact of City <br />imposed charges and the cost of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br />part by the system development charge. Thereafter such reviews shall be con- <br />ducted at least tri-annually. <br />Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concur- <br />rence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any <br />reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein... <br />Section 9. Repeal. Sections 7.I75(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7..275, 7.277, <br />7.279, 7.281, 7.283, and 7.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 10.
