In later review of that order a discrepancy was found between the appeal procedures <br />stated in the order (appeal must be filed within 10 days) and appeal procedures of Section 2.021 <br />of the Eugene Code (appeal must be filed within 15 days). <br />This final amendment to that rule order (#58-97-0 l F) corrects this language to be consistent <br />with the. Code and will set. the appeal period to 15 days. <br />
