hereby adopted. Hereafter the City Manager or the Manager's designee-may <br />modify the methodologies as provided in Section 7.710 of Section 2 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 7. The City Manager shall review the methodologies established <br />.under: this Ordinance after it h_as been implemented for i2 months and report. <br />the result of that review to the City's Building Construction Advisory Com- <br />mittee or such other public body- of the City concerned with the impact of City <br />.imposed charges. and the cost of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br />part, by the system development~,charge. Thereafter such reviews shall be con.- <br />ducted at 1 east tri -annually. <br />:Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with"the concur <br />rence of .the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct. any <br />reference errors contained herein. or in other provisions of the Eugene,Code, <br />1971, to the provisions added,.,. amended or repealed herein. <br />Suction 9: Repeal. Sections 7.i75(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7.275, 7.277, <br />7.279, 7.281, 7.283, and 7:285 of the Eugene Code,. 1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 10.
