<br />The impact of an EDU was estimated by determining the non-assessable cost of the future
<br />system within the urban growth boundary allocated to ultimate residential development on the
<br />- basis of sewage- flow.. The State Drainage Plumbing Code is the basis for the calculation of
<br />the number of EDUs for different types of development. For purposes of setting this rate, one
<br />EDU is equal to 16 plumbing fixture units..Plumbing fixture units are defined in the Plumbing
<br />Code for each plumbing fixture #ype. ,
