Attachment.#7 of Exhibit A <br />Administrative Order No. 58-97-07-F <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />2.3 .Change of Use <br />When a change of use of an existing development results in an increased impact on <br />the regional wastewater facilities •(as demonstrated by calculating the SDC-for both _ <br />uses), the SDC will be charged on the increased impact. This is determined by <br />:calculating what the development's charge would be for the current use, and for the <br />proposed use. 1f the proposed ..use would result in a higher charge, the difference. is <br />collected. <br />2.4 MWMC SDC Credit <br />A credit for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the <br />construction of regional wastewater facilities sha11 be deducted from the MWMC <br />SDC. -The credit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be based <br />upon the assessed value of the real'property'at the time of application forconnection <br />to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4. <br />2.5 MWMC Administrative Charge <br />A further adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative <br />costs.
