. ~ 58-97-~5 <br />ADMINiSTRATIVS ORDER <br />• of the <br />Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Establishing a.Residential Permit Parking Zone <br />For the North Side of East 19th Avenue <br />Between Mill and Ferry. Streets <br />'The Traffic Engineer of the City. of Eugene finds-that: <br />A, Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations, <br />provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br />by administrative order, of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br />B. On May 20, 1997,.the City received an application signed by over 50% of the • <br />adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone <br />for the north side of E 19th Avenue between Mill and Ferry Streets. <br />C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br />was. given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br />D. 'The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with <br />the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br />NOW, TIiEREFORS, <br />Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to 'the authority contained in <br />Administrative Rule R-5..040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of~Eugene orders that: <br />,~ 1. 'The area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br />zone: <br />The north side ', of E 19th Avenue between Mill and Ferry Streets.:. <br />2. The zone shall be designated Zone F and shall allow l-hour public parking <br />between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. and except. <br />Zone F permitted vehicles. <br />3. Persons .residing. in or owning residential property .within the zone <br />designated• herein may apply for a Zone F permit entitling the holder thereof to <br />preferential long-term parking at Zone F signed parking-areas within the designated zone. <br />4.
